Transportation Minister, Budi Karya Sumadi, supporting Jakarta Provincial Government to soon implement the electronic road pricing (ERP). Besides limiting vehicle use, its implementation also becomes the mapping of the number of vehicles in the capital.

"ERP is a Jakarta domain, and I think it should be implemented soon. On the other hand it is to limit and the other side we can get huge fund," he stated, Wednesday (9/6).

From the discussion results with Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, he stated, the city is still focusing on completing the transportation cluster first.

"Transportation cluster, such as Transjakarta and so on. Afterwards, we will do it better," he expressed.

According to him, the city could utilize the ERP to finance subsidies and development of transportation infrastructure. He also ensured, it would minimize the use of vehicles.

"By way of payment also, we can know the mapping of the number of vehicles," he closed.
